MOCK COURT

The only word that can be used with regard to the quizzing event is 'Ecstatic'. And immediately, it was followed by Product Launch, where people showed how a product is meant to be, and how it is meant to be launched.

After such events, where you used your creativity, now CCCA brings to you MOCK COURT. Here, we will be witnessing a whole new shift, seeing the teams fight it out on the stage for their clients.

Rules of the event are as follows:
  • The teams are required to consist of 4 memebers.
  • The teams case is attached in this mail itself, and the team is suppossed to prepare arguments, both for the plaintiff and the defendant.
  • The teams can submit their hard copies latest by 24th 10:00 a.m.
  • No reports will be accepted after the given time.
  • The teams for the finals will be selected on the basis of the hard copies, so please make clear all the points and arguments in the hard copy.
  • It is also important for the teams to note that if they are creating any evidence, it should be compulsorily attached to the hard copy.
  • The teams cannot create evidence which shall directly put an end to all the arguments about the given case.
Hope this will provide the teams with an insight in the working of the laws and acts in the Indian Law.

Good Luck.
