Please Note

• Any disputes to be clarified with Neeraj Jindal only through mail or SMS.
  
• Please make all the qualified teams get the closing statement in the format attached. Download the document fill it up and get it for the briefing.
  
• All team members are to report on 29^th July at 4 pm near the MBA Lounge (Block-2) failing which the teams will be disqualified immediately.
  
• The teams will face of for the finals on 30^th July 2010 in the conference hall, 3^rd floor (Block 2)
  
• The teams are requested to make individual badges, team poster with their team names and team numbers in it and submit it tomorrow at the briefing(Contact Neeraj for Details). They are also requested to carry the calculators (at least 2 per team with note pads and regular stationary)
  
• All teams will be given additional capital to invest during the briefing so please be prepared and do your research well. The lowest trading stocks among these teams will be eliminated from trading on the final day. So invest looking at the portfolio's of other teams as well (Put up on the notice board)
  
• Other rules and regulations and the working of the Christ University Stock Exchange would be explained during the briefing.
  
• Do remember the Rules!!!

Human Resource Results

The following HR teams as judged by PRATYUSHA KOKKU and RAKSHANA have been qualified for the final show down. The final round will be held on 20-07-2010 at 12pm in the main auditorium.The teams are supposed to collect their cases for the final round on Monday at 4pm at the MBA Lounge.

Show that stole your heart

LOGO SLOGAN

Christ University Commerce Association premiered its first event for the academic year 2010-11 on 2 July 2010 with the prelims of the event Logo Slogan. The participants were tested upon their awareness and knowledge of the logos and taglines of companies, events, clubs, associations and the like. The event was hosted by our very own seniors Maulik Doshi, Neeraj Jindal and Rahul Titus. The event turned out to be a huge success securing the participation of more than 1,100 students in teams of 3 each from across 15 classes that included B Com Regular, B Com CA and B Com Honours.

13 July, the day of the finals had come and the participants were eager to know the results. The event hosts had scrutinized the prelim sheets and shortlisted 6 finalist teams, each of them from a different class. The finalists had faced cut throat competition that involved direct, familiar, confusing, hard but all the same, workable logos. The audience too was part of the action with audience questions and goodie bags for those who answered the given question correctly. Indeed, what an electrifying event it was.

The event was characterized by ups and downs every minute, the table toppling every question of the last round. At the end, the scores were put together, the team that won hands down that called themselves 'Get Us In', teammates Rajatha, Akanksha and Sindhura. while the runners up, team 'Thriller' had Surabhi, Priyanka and Salomi, The second runners up, team 'Benami' had Aditya, Rohith and Amith. And so ended the premier event of the CUCA, giving the students a year to look forward to.

The First event, "LOGOSLOGAN" started off. As usual, few were excited about the event and an equal number waiting to get an hour off.

Thanks to Maulik Doshi, Neeraj Jindal and Rahul Titus for an amazing effort to make the questionaire interesting & entertaining . We are waiting for a full entertainment package on 13th at the finals.

Thanks to all the volunteers and Office bearers for extending their support to conduct the event in peace.

Thanks to the students of B.com, we value their feedbacks and suggestions and do our best to implement it. It was a great learning experience for us and we make sure that the upcoming events will be more promising.
